Dr. Kianor Shah - CEO
Dr. Shah is an alumni of Western Illinois University, majoring in Biology graduating Summa Cum Laude among other honors. He received his Doctor of Dental Medicine from Southern Illinois University. Throughout his career, Dr. Shah has received numerous awards and performed various research projects including inventing the Oral Complete Care System in 2005.
In 2006, Dr. Shah formed Nexus Dentistry, purchasing the Lindberg Dental Practice in Centralia, IL and changing the name to Shah Dental Clinic. In fall of 2007 he acquired Mt. Vernon Modern Dental, formerly Osborn Dental, to be part of the Nexus Dentistry family.
Dr. Shah is committed to providing patients with the highest quality of dental excellence. Our highly trained staff provide our patients with comprehensive care in a relaxed and professional environment.

Jeff Thomas brings over 17 years of dental experience to Nexus Dental Management. He graduated from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale with a degree in dental technology and health care management. Since graduating, Jeff has worked as a dental technician and owned his own dental laboratory. Jeff enjoys spending time with his family, the outdoors, and college basketball.

Diana Wade - Chief
Financial Officer
Diana comes from Maryville, IL and has over 9 years of experience in accounting and 4 years of dental accounting. She graduated from Western Illinois University with a Bachelors of Business in Accounting and a Masters in Business Administration. In addition she is a Certified Public Accountant. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, reading and working on home improvement projects.

Mehdi Zadeh - VP of
Public Relations
Mehdi Zadeh comes from Peoria, IL and has over 4 years of experience in IT and System Procedures and Processes. He graduated from Western Illinois University with a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Instructional Design and Technology. Since graduating Mehdi has worked in Peoria area as a Software Application Instructor for New Horizon's Computer Learning Center and Project Manager in the Quality sector while learning and implementing several processes while effectively and efficiently accomplishing assigned projects. On his free time Mehdi enjoys researching new technologies, watching movies, and spending time with friends and family.

Jeanne Berger -
VP of Administration
Jeanne Berger is a lifelong resident of Centralia, IL. She enjoys yardwork and loves being a new grandmother. She is also a proud mother of two, a son who is a chiropractor and a daughter that is a nurse. With fifteen years in banking, both frontline and management and almost fifteen years in dentistry, she has handled accounts receivable, accounts payable, patient relations and loves working with numbers as well as the public. She started with Nexus in February 2007 as financial coordinator.

Loretta Dunavan -
VP of Compliance
Loretta began her career in dentistry right out of high school when she started working as a dental assistant. She later transferred to work in the front office where she learned the business aspects of dentistry. In 1991, she graduated from Kaskaskia College Dental Assisting program where she was President of her class. In 1994, Loretta graduated from Dental Hygiene program from Southern Illinois University in Carbondale. Loretta lives in Dix, IL with her husband, Dean and they now have two wonderful girls, Mariah and Abby.

Amber Rohrscheib -
Administrative Assistant
Amber Rohrscheib was born and raised in Batesville, Arkansas until she was 8. She later moved to and lived in the town of Patoka, Illinois for the past 16 years where she graduated from Patoka High School in 2004. Amber attended Kaskaskia College where she graduated in 2009 from the dental assisting program and now resides in Centralia, Illinois. She enjoys the outdoors, watching movies, going to concerts, spending time with friends and family.
